Jon Anderson - Stephen Kelly Law

Jon Anderson is a skilled litigator and former U.S. military officer whose diverse legal and service background strengthens Stephen Kelly Law’s commitment to robust, principled representation.

After earning his J.D. from the University of New Mexico and an LL.M. specializing in space, cyber, and national security law from the University of Nebraska, Jon served over 18 years with the U.S. Army and later as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Air Force. In uniform, he led combat-engineer units in Iraq and Kuwait, worked alongside Special Operations forces, and served under top-secret clearance within Air Force Cyber Command — giving him unique insight into military, security, and administrative law matters.

Backed by this experience, Jon brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to legal advocacy. He represents clients in criminal defense, civil litigation, administrative hearings, and complex investigations — always prioritizing clarity, integrity, and tenacious advocacy.
